Customer Service Representative - German Language Specialist

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual fluent in German? Do you have experience in providing top-notch service to clients in an e-commerce environment?

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled German-speaking customer support representative to join our dynamic online marketplace team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and timely support to German-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to marketplace transactions, product information, and account management.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on products and services.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in e-commerce or online marketplace settings, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
