This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled German-speaking customer support representative to join our dynamic online marketplace team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely support to German-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to marketplace transactions, product information, and account management.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure proper follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay updated on products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in e-commerce or online marketplace settings, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
