German Language Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, identifying and meeting customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. You will build trust through open and interactive communication, provide accurate information by using methods and tools, and keep records of customer interaction and process customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls from German-speaking customers in a timely and professional manner.

- Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Native or near-native German language proficiency (C2 level).
- Very good command of English language (B2 – C1 level).
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
