We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. As a German-speaking customer support representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless experience of our clients on our online auction platform.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service via multiple communication channels, addressing inquiries related to account setup, bidding processes, and platform features.
- Assist customers with questions regarding our services, providing clear and concise information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about platform updates and best practices.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interest in online auction platforms and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
