Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to Portuguese-speaking users.
- Assist clients with account setup, bidding procedures, and auction details.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform functionality based on customer feedback.
- Educate customers about auction rules, payment processes, and best practices for participating in bids.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or support, preferably in the e-commerce or online auction sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
