We are seeking a Flemish speaking customer support professional to join our online auction and bidding platform team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing exceptional customer service to Flemish speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering queries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Flemish-speaking clients utilizing the online auction and bidding platform.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, bidding processes, and platform features.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of queries.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in online marketplaces or auction platforms.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
