Virtual Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Auction & Bidding Platform Department.
This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are enthusiastic about assisting Spanish-speaking clients navigate the exciting world of online auctions.
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients using our online auction and bidding platform through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding the auction process, bidding strategies, payment options, and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a seamless bidding experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Keep customers informed about auction timelines, bidding rules, and any promotions or updates.
- Collect feedback from clients to contribute to ongoing service enhancements and platform improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, online auctions, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented and capable of problem-solving independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
