Mobile Banking Services Customer Advocate

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers using mobile banking services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist with inquiries regarding mobile banking services, account management, and transaction issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical difficulties promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially within the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
