
Mobile Banking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Mobile Banking Customer Support Specialist. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting them with queries related to mobile banking products and services.
As a key member of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat. This includes addressing customer inquiries, managing accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting interactions accurately in our CRM system.
To succeed in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to understand and explain financial products and services clearly. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required. You will also need strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, manage accounts, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our mobile banking products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Participate in training programs to improve knowledge and skills in the financial technology sector.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to understand and explain financial products and services clearly.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
