Mobile Banking Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking customer support representative to join our team in the Mobile Banking Services Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual who is eager to provide exceptional customer service and make a difference in the banking sector.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing high-quality customer support in German to customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, educating customers on using mobile technology, documenting interactions accurately, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries.
As a customer support representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to making banking more accessible and user-friendly for customers.
Responsibilities- Provide German language customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot issues related to mobile banking applications
- Educate customers on finding solutions to their banking needs using mobile technology
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer support, preferably in banking or technology sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of mobile banking platforms and applications (a plus)
