Mobile Banking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing support.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to mobile banking services. You will need to have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via various communication channels
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to banking transactions, account management, and mobile app functionalities
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborating with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken)
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service
- Experience in customer support or the banking sector is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented individual with a proactive and positive mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
