Mobile Banking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Mobile Banking Services Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Dutch-speaking customers receive exceptional support and guidance with their mobile banking inquiries.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service within the financial sector. If you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Dutch, and a keen interest in mobile banking technologies, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services, including account management and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Educate customers about mobile banking features and services to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or banking services is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A keen interest in mobile banking technologies and digital services.
