Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled customer support professional to join our Mobile Banking Services Department. As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure seamless communication with Nordic-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services, guaranteeing a smooth and secure experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain efficient record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on banking regulations and mobile technology advancements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
