Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for Mobile Banking

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our mobile banking team, providing top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have strong communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions with customers through various channels.
This key role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. Accurate documentation of customer interactions and outcomes is also essential.
Candidates will collaborate with team members to meet quality and service level objectives and participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on mobile banking features and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with mobile banking services inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality and service standards.
- Stay updated on mobile banking features and regulations through continuous training.
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.

- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in banking or technology.
