
Mobile Banking Services Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
About the RoleThis position involves providing exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients for mobile banking services via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and mobile app features, effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints, document customer interactions accurately, and collaborate with technical and operations teams to address complex customer inquiries and improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and mobile app features.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to address complex customer inquiries and improve service quality.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or financial services, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
