Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transaction issues, and app functionalities.
- Effectively troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients in resolving their concerns.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Educate customers on mobile banking features, security protocols, and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives within the mobile banking experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, particularly within the banking or fintech sector is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using customer support software and common office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and aptitude for technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
