Nordic Speaking Mobile Banking Customer Advocate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nordic-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Mobile Banking Services Department.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, as well as assisting with inquiries related to account access, transactions, and mobile app usage.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on outstanding queries.
- Collaborate with the banking operations team to ensure effective service delivery.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to work, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
Requirements- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the financial or banking sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in customer support software and Microsoft Office applications.
