Airline Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Aviation Department as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight information, bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Support the reservation process and help customers understand airline policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of aviation services and products offered by the department.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
