Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding car rentals, reservations, and any issues related to their rental experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document all inquiries accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's car rental policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Promote a friendly and professional atmosphere for customers, ensuring a pleasurable experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the travel, automotive, or rental industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
