About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will see you serving as a key point of contact for customers, providing specialized support related to the premium German automotive sector. You will work closely with internal teams to find solutions and support for customer inquiries, ensuring that their experiences exceed expectations.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about products, services, and support related to the German car industry.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues that arise effectively.
- Maintain expert knowledge of German automotive products and services to provide accurate information.
- Document customer conversations in the CRM system for quality assurance and future reference.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- A strong passion for the automotive industry with a good understanding of German car brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
