Automotive Insurance Customer Service Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a talented professional to connect with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently hiring for the Automotive Insurance & Claims Department, looking for individuals enthusiastic about customer service and keenly interested in the automotive insurance industry.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance and claims inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with policy details, claims processing, and any related issues they may encounter.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely updates on claim statuses.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure prompt follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient claim resolution and outstanding customer service.
- Educate clients on policy coverage, claim procedures, and necessary documentation for claims submission.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in service quality and efficiency.
For this role, we are looking for:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or automotive sectors.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
