Automotive Customer Service Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with the automotive team to share insights and enhance customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle inquiries calmly and efficiently.
- Willingness to work in Athens and experience a vibrant cultural environment.
