Automotive Customer Service Expert

As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert advice related to automotive products and services. Your strong communication skills and passion for the automotive industry will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to Nordic-speaking clients.
Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and specifications.
Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Stay informed about automotive trends, products, and best practices to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passion for the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles is highly desirable.
Proficient in using digital tools and customer management systems.
