As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional service to Japanese-speaking clients by phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with inquiries regarding luxury vehicle specifications, availability, and the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in luxury vehicles and the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or luxury automotive is an asset.
