The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Fluency in Spanish is a must, and proficiency in English is also required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have good knowledge of Windows and basic troubleshooting skills.
As an Automotive Expert, you will be responsible for responding to car dealers' inquiries via email and chat, developing effective relationships with colleagues and management, and providing strong, professional communication with all stakeholders.
