German Speaking Customer Support Expert for Automotive Insurance

We are seeking a skilled German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Automotive Insurance department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while navigating complex insurance claims and coverage needs.
In this role, you will work closely with German-speaking clients to provide high-quality support and assistance with their automotive insurance policies and claims processes. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot issues will be critical in ensuring clients receive accurate information and timely resolutions.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both German and English, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in customer support, particularly in insurance or automotive sectors, is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service in German to clients with automotive insurance-related inquiries
- Assist customers with the claims process, providing guidance and information
- Troubleshoot issues and respond to policy questions effectively
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the system
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and other team members to resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date on insurance policies, regulations, and best practices
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in insurance or automotive sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
