Support Customers in the Automotive Industry

As a Spanish Speaking Automotive Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients within the automotive industry.
Job DescriptionOur ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer support. They will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries about automotive products and services.
- Helping customers with order placements, product information, and troubleshooting issues.
- Addressing customer complaints and providing effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries or issues related to products and services.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the automotive product range and company policies to offer accurate information.
- Documenting all customer interactions thoroughly for service improvement and compliance.
Responsibilities are ongoing and may change over time, but they do not affect your core job duties and responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
- A passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn about various products and services.
