Exceptional Automotive Customer Support Specialist Needed

If you are passionate about the automotive industry and have a knack for providing exceptional customer service, this position is perfect for you.
In this role, you will assist Norwegian-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring that they receive accurate and helpful information related to their automotive needs. You will be working in a dynamic environment while enjoying the rich cultural experiences that Athens has to offer.
Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet departmental goals.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about automotive trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in the automotive industry and customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
