We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our automotive insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients navigating their insurance inquiries and claims processes.
Your expertise and dedication to customer service will help clients understand their policies and resolve any issues efficiently.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding insurance policies and claims.
- Assist customers with inquiries about coverage, claims processing, and available services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claims processing and address customer needs.
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Experience in customer support, ideally within the automotive insurance or claims field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
