Dedicated Customer Advocate for Automotive Excellence

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Automotive Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Dutch and English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, processing orders, and providing product information.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve customer experiences.
- Stay informed on automotive trends, product specifications, and promotional offers to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously and maintain organized records for service improvement.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
