Job Description- Deliver exceptional support to Japanese-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, ensuring seamless interactions and high levels of satisfaction.
- Address inquiries related to automotive products, resolve issues promptly, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and share insights on customer needs.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to refine customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within the automotive industry, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about automotive products and trends.
