Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for an e-commerce department. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers have a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about products, orders, and returns effectively.
- Assist customers with their purchasing decisions by offering detailed product information and guidance.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to inform customers accurately.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and empathize with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
