Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, have experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
