Ecommerce Customer Service Representative

Requirements
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues and provide clear, constructive solutions.
