Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Expertise: Assist clients with travel inquiries, online bookings, and itinerary modifications, showcasing your knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and travel packages.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, aiming for optimal resolutions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Staying Ahead: Stay updated on the latest trends in travel and company offerings to provide accurate information and expert advice.
Requirements
  • Languages: Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or tourism sector, is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service tools.
