Flemish Travel Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Flemish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and dedicated to providing outstanding service to Flemish-speaking clients.
This customer-facing position involves providing exceptional service to Flemish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries about travel packages, bookings, and itinerary changes, as well as resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to Flemish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with travel-related queries, booking confirmations, and itinerary modifications
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, packages, and company offerings to provide customers with relevant information
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
