We are seeking a Travel Support Specialist to cater to the needs of Italian-speaking customers who are eager to explore travel options and adventures around the world.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers in finding the perfect travel and tour packages, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a fantastic customer experience.
- Provide excellent support to customers in Italian, helping them navigate and select travel and tour packages.
- Assist clients with bookings, answer inquiries, and offer tailored travel solutions that meet their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with tour operators and travel vendors to address customer needs and ensure service delivery.
- Stay informed about travel trends, industry updates, and promotional offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel and tourism industry, is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with customers professionally.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for travel and a desire to help customers create unforgettable experiences.
