TP has set out to deliver a smoke-free future in collaboration with the world leader of the tobacco industry.
We are currently looking for talent with Slovenian language skills to join our customer care team in Athens, Greece.
Our goal is to provide a seamless customer experience to those who have already adopted smoke-free products.
As a key member of our team, you will educate users on device usage and maintenance, assist with new purchases, communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, track cases efficiently, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
You will also provide strong relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy at all times.
