Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

  • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
  • Document all interactions and updates within the company's CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the tech sector.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms and customer support tools.
