French Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a multilingual customer service professional to join our front desk team. As a French speaking representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless hotel reservations and hospitality services.
About the Role- Provide top-notch customer support in French, handling inquiries related to hotel reservations, policies, and amenities.
- Assist clients in making new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and addressing any inquiries regarding hotel services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Stay informed about hotel offerings, promotions, and local attractions to better assist customers with their travel plans.
- Fluency in French, with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive customer relationships.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
