Nordic Speaking Customer Service for Public Transport Services

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Public Transport Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding public transport services.
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns related to timetables, ticket purchases, route planning, and other transport-related matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and address customer needs effectively.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the public transport or service industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficient with customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
