We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Public Transport Services Department.
Job DescriptionThis role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support while contributing to the enhancement of public transport services. As a key member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries regarding public transportation, helping to ensure smooth and efficient travel experiences.
- Provide excellent customer service in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), addressing inquiries related to public transport services.
- Assist customers with trip planning, ticket purchases, scheduling, and route information.
- Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring all inquiries and resolutions are recorded in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with transport teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay informed on public transport updates, policies, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers to enhance their experience and address concerns as they arise.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) alongside strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the public sector or transport industry, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with customers in a positive manner.
- Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
