
Italian Speaking Customer Service Specialist for Mobile Banking Services

As a key member of our mobile banking services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients. This involves being the primary point of contact for these customers and ensuring they have a seamless banking experience.
You will be tasked with handling customer inquiries related to mobile banking services, account access, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will need to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Effective communication is essential in this role, as you will be working closely with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns and service improvements.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services and account access.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in computer applications.
