French Speaking Customer Support Representative
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused French Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with inquiries related to mobile banking services.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
Assisting customers with inquiries regarding mobile banking features and services.
Helping resolve account issues and technical questions related to mobile banking.
Educating clients on the use of mobile banking applications and security practices.
Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:
Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Basic understanding of mobile banking applications and technology.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
