We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Mobile Banking Services Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile banking services. They will assist customers with service inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, they will resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients
- Assist customers with service inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude
