The primary responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries related to public transport services.
- Offering information on schedules, routes, fares, and ticketing options via various communication channels.
- Handling customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
- Documenting all customer interactions and feedback for continuous service improvement.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the public sector or transport services, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle conflicts and customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
