Public Transport Service Representative Opportunity
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Public Transport Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary focus will be on addressing inquiries and concerns regarding public transport services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service in Dutch, resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist customers with ticket purchasing, route information, and schedule details, ensuring they have all necessary information for a smooth journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, utilizing data to inform service improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions to customers' concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on policy changes, operational updates, and service disruptions to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continually improve service delivery skills.
- Fluency in Dutch is essential, along with strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in public transport or a related field, is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and service improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
