We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Public Transport Services Department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding public transport services, schedules, fare information, and ticketing.
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records within the company's system.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to address service-related issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Staying informed about changes in regulations, services, and policies to provide up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in public service or transportation sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and standard office applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
