Transportation Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Transportation Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about transportation services, schedules, and tickets.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers have a smooth and informed experience while utilizing our transportation services. This involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues such as lost items, service interruptions, and complaints, and documenting interactions accurately.
Your exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, will enable you to effectively engage with diverse customers and provide personalized support.
As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service quality. You will stay informed about transportation updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
In addition, you will participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, especially in public services or transportation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
