We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support representative to join our team in the Transportation Services Department. This role involves providing exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat while ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.
- Provide accurate information and assistance on bookings, routes, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, adhering to our commitment to excellence.
- Document all interactions accurately and ensure follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance response times.
- Inform customers about available services, safety regulations, and promotional offers.
- Collect feedback from customers to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is essential.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or travel sector, is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction are crucial.
- Multitasking and attention to detail are necessary in this fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed, is essential.
