We are seeking a dedicated and multilingual customer service representative to join our Subscription-Based Services Department. This role involves delivering exceptional support to German-speaking clients via various communication channels.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. They will also work closely with internal teams to enhance service processes and contribute to the improvement of service offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer support to German-speaking clients regarding subscription services.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, billing, feature explanations, and service updates.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries and enhance service processes.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in subscription or service-based industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
